Nikshipa's therapy have helped me through a confused time of my life. She taught me to identify my negative thoughts, and how to acknowledge those, and let those go peacefully. Also, to help focus my brain on the task at hand. She has many tactics in her arsenal to help an individual get control over his negative feelings. She also helped me understand those scientific concepts, so that i can apply those myself in my life. I would definitely recommend anyone with disturbed and sad phase of life to get a therapy session at Nikshipa's.
