🚨 Beware of Cheating at this Petrol Pump! 🚨 I had a very bad experience here with DEF fluid filling. First of all, when I asked one person if DEF was available, he confidently said “No”. Then another person came and said “Yes” – clearly trying to confuse customers. I purchased 10 liters DEF for ₹850. My car’s DEF tank capacity is 20 liters, and it was already at 54% (Approximately 10 litres). So, after adding 10 liters, it should have reached 100% full. But after they “filled” it, the meter showed only 71%. That means they filled just 4 liters instead of 10 liters. When I questioned them, they gave silly excuses like “The remaining fluid in the can won’t come out”. They also did not even use a proper funnel – just pushed a pipe inside carelessly. When I checked the can, more than 5 liters were still left inside, but the staff shamelessly claimed it was “finished”. I’ve also added pictures of Car DEF level and remaining volume of DEF in Can. This is nothing but open cheating and fraud with customers. 1) They charge for 10 liters but fill less. 2) Staff keep confusing answers to trap customers. 3) No proper equipment or honesty in service. ⚠️ My advice: Avoid this petrol pump at all costs. They are looting people in the name of DEF fluid. Please always come out of your vehicle and check carefully while refueling here. This pump cannot be trusted.
