It took a long time to get help, and when I did, the responses felt rushed and unprofessional. Customer service should be more attentive, friendly, and willing to address customer concerns. This authorised service center of Samsung is very professional, helpful & gives complete information to the customer. They are very efficient & transparent. Trustworthy completely. I visited the service center very recently & my experience was superb. No waiting period, work done, was called & messaged I could pick up my phone after repair. Excellent customer service. Exceptionally good staff. Very less waiting time as compared to borivali service center. The repairing was done almost in a week. I had the screen line issue on samsung S21FE. It was resolved promptly. The back cover was changed as there was some damage that took little extra labor charge costed me 2500 in total as whole repairing was not done in one go. Took labor charge twice. But overall really great service.
