Process feels like you are back in 2010, staff is clueless. I went for cytology test which means have to give sample 3 times on 3 different days. They made me fill a form everyday! Imagine in this day and age they do not have a system to track existing customer base and customer has to fill data every time. Totally repent doing it should have called for home sample collection from other lab!

Horrible experience. I have been trying to get an appointment for sonography from a month now for Saturday but when I call the reception for appointment they say I cannot book an appointment for Saturday. Reason unknown. I am a working woman who can only come on weekend but they do not have 1 slot to give me even when I am ready to wait for 2 weeks. Horrible Agilus - goregaon branch. I didn't expect from you such impolite behaviour towards your patient. I am ready to Wait for a waiting period but you say that I cannot get an appointment for Saturday at all ever is horrible. Please put up a board saying saturdays no appointment for sonography.
