Very nice hospital with humble, caring, polite and professional Doctor and staff. I would like to thank Dr. Abha mam for efficient delivery my baby. She listens to our concers very calmly and address all our query. I would also like to thank all Sisters and Mousy for great care and support. I would like to share my experience about Shalya Hospital ghatkopar west. In short, my wife was admitted there on 15/04/2026 for a C-section delivery, which was performed by Dr. Abha. I have met many doctors in my life, but this was the first time I came across a doctor like her. She was extremely calm, clear in her communication, and never showed any irritation. She truly understands her patients and treats them with the same care and concern as a family member. Along with her, the hospital staff was equally wonderful. They were polite, patient, and always ready to help without any frustration. I may not remember everyone’s names, but two staff members—Sangita and Kalpana—took exceptional care of our baby, almost like grandmothers. The nursing staff and everyone else were very cooperative and supportive throughout our stay. If you ever need such care, I would definitely recommend visiting this hospital.
