Honest and Trust worthy staff. Battery replacement was quick. I had went to HP world authorized service center and found that they also don't use Original batteries for laptop. First they told 15k then 6k for first copy while online price was half the amount. In V care the person was honestly said that they don't keep Original batteries and literally changed the battery at 3K. It gets the job done. Although they lack basic toolkits for cleaning and solutions like heat sink glue or normal glue. This can be improved.
