Very nice Ice cream shop reviews highlight key aspects like flavor variety (especially unique fruit/Indian flavors at Naturals), freshness (freshly made, real ingredients), ambiance (cozy, crowded), service (quick, attentive vs. slow), price (reasonable vs. premium), and unique offerings like K. Rustom's wafer sandwiches; overall, places like Naturals are praised for fruit flavors and freshness, while K. Rustoms is a landmark for ice cream sandwiches but cash-only. Reviews often mention specific favorites like Naturals' Tender Coconut/Sitaphal or K. Rustom's Black Currant/Chocolate Almond sandwiches, noting good value and quality but sometimes service issues or payment inconveniences. Positive Themes Natural Ingredients & Flavors: Many praise Naturals for using real fruit (Tender Coconut, Sitaphal/Custard Apple, Mango) that tastes fresh and not overly sweet. Unique Experiences: K. Rustoms offers iconic ice cream sandwiches (wafer-layered) that are a local favorite. Ambiance & Service: Good service is noted for being attentive and offering tastings (Naturals), but sometimes service can be slow or inconsistent (Aflaatoon). Value: Reasonable prices for high quality are a recurring positive point for places like Naturals and Amul. Common Criticisms & Tips Payment Methods: K. Rustoms is famously cash-only, which can be inconvenient in a digital age. Crowds: Popular spots like Naturals and K. Rustoms can get very crowded, especially at peak times.
This might be just a bhel puri and pani puri chat corner...
This might be just a bhel puri and pani puri chat corner for some people but for us its a emotional connection. We call them "Ghar ka pani puri wala" - why? Because this is a place where 3rd generation is eating pani puri and chats. Wheny mom was young, her entier family used to eat here and that time it used to be a small place in jhupdi and there is used to be one uncle we called him "baba". Still our most of the family come here to eat. Whether is non jain or jain, they make tasty pani puri, chats, bhel, sev puri and many more things and yes lets not forget the mix kulfi plates too. This shop is just on the char rasta and very easily accessible. Sometimes you might face a parking problem but its a street parking so I suggest park your car in the near by lanes or better avoid getting car.
