Today there was an incident wherein strong burning smell was detected on multiple floors of A wing by residents, and someone called fire department as precaution. Now one person is getting threatened with legal notice by society management for calling fire department without enough evidence. Over last few months, regularly objects are thrown on podium level from somewhere in building, including glass mug, plates, etc. This has become risky and people have started avoiding going to podium level for safety as no preventive action has been taken by management even after multiple followups, including police complaints. Edit after 1 year. 1. Parking is all accessible now. Although many times chemicals have dripped through, damaging considerable number of cars. 2. Clubhouse including swimming pool is open for members (owners or paid tenants) 3. Regular complains about elevators frequently getting out of service. 4. My service ticket for damaged walls due to seepage is not attended for over 1 year after multiple follow ups. Edit after 3 months in building: Following are changes since last review 1. -3 level parking is still blocked completely as flooring work is undertaken by developer. No change in parking situation yet at -4 level since last update. 2. All elevators are now fitted with fans and maintenance is with Kone. 3. Swimming pool in club house is still not open and won't be for another month and half as per last enquiry. 4. My AC got serviced 2.5 months after problem was raised as developer was changing contract and there was no one available to service AC which was in warranty. Original review Review after about a month in building: Entry is from -3 level parking/lobby. Work on flooring is going on as of now. Entire level except lobby entrance for A and B Wing is out of use. Vehicular parking is available on -2 level where parking lots are allocated. On -4 level, parking lots are not allocated, and anyone parks randomly anywhere. Lot of construction still left. On parking on -4 level, it feels like entering into under construction site since it is actually under construction and lot of work pending yet. Club house including gym is accessible only after paying ₹1 lakh deposit and further ₹50k as annual usage charges, only from apartment owners account. Tenants are not allowed to pay directly. Gym/Clubhouse is accessible only between 6am-12noon and 4pm-10pm on 6 days a week, Monday being off day. Swimming pool which was supposed to be ready by now is in no condition of getting ready anytime soon. Presently there are lot of issues related to water supply in Tower A, with residents complaining of random water outages due to various reasons. Lot of mosquitoes in building and haven't seen any fumigation to tackle this in last month. House maids are charging any random bomb amount, way higher than other super premium buildings, even in Andheri West. Car cleaning is limited to selected vendors, who are charging way higher than norm. Complained about AC which was under warranty by builder, but was told than AC servicing team is on 2 weeks leave and nothing can be done till they resume. Service elevators are out of order and even when they work, shifting is allowed only between 9am - 6pm, on weekdays strictly as per builder instructions to security staff. Nothing allowed after 6pm. No fans in any of the elevators. These are manned 12 hrs as of now, but with no ventilation, situation is really bad on hot and humid Mumbai weather. Wing C is still under construction, although it has been painted well from outside. Ground level lobby/Podium is done well and maintained well.
