I purchased around 14–15 handles from this shop just a year ago during my home interior work. The shopkeeper never informed us that the handles were made of low-quality beed material. Within a year, 8–10 handles broke — totally unacceptable for something used daily. They looked good at first, but the quality is third class. Cheap material, zero durability, and no proper guidance at the time of purchase. Would not recommend this place to anyone. If you care about long-term quality, STAY AWAY.

I am a regular buyer on this hardware store since almost a decade. However, one fine day I went there for exchange of handle. They demanded 1500Rs. Extra on the over and above value of exchange after committing and bringing back to goods at the store. This was very much misleading and insulting that after discussing MRP and exchange value they are demanding 1500 extra for an exchange which was committed by their owners. Note : this business is not a man of his words. They might take you for a ride after committing multiple things. They only care about is making a fool out of a customer and try selling hardware which are 3 to 4 times expensive than market price if they figure out that you're belonging from a higher middle class background. Kindly avoid going here for an exchange. Think wisely and buy.
