I generally rent costumes for my work from different places. This was my first time trying from DID and I had the worst experience ever. They rented me a costume which in the first place was quite worn off. They gave me assuring it will fit the size that I needed (in inches) at 9 pm. Eventually it did not fit and i informed on the same day. Asif asked me to come back and return it the next day and will see what to do. I went back to return and he only paid me back the deposit. He charged me 1400 for nothing stating that 1 day i still had the costume. It was literally not used and I told him like 1000 times yet he did not do anything about it. On top of that he was very rude stating “sirf aapke wajah se hamari dukan nahi chalti”. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
