Extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I had a highly disappointing experience with Avelon Design Spaces. Subrat Kumar took 95% of the payment but didn’t even complete the work. Despite making big promises in the beginning, he delayed the project for over 7 months and didn’t even finish a 1BHK. Work started 3 months late, and even then he had no proper team. He kept saying “ho jayega” but never actually delivered. I had to constantly follow up for every small thing — asking, reminding, chasing them to do their job. Toward the end, he stopped taking calls and replying to messages completely. I strongly advise against hiring them — you’ll only end up frustrated and cheated like us. I will never recommend them to anyone. Google doesn’t allow 0 stars, or else that’s exactly what I would have given.
