Never ever buy any health insurance policy from Tata Aig. They mis sell and their only aim is to extract money. They change clauses as per their whim even for a renewed policy and the insured is left to fend for themselves. Their customer care representatives have zero knowledge about product. Approached them regarding overseas travel insurance. Very systematic and professional. They explained everything in detail and suggested too. Tanmay was a very good person with lots of patience. Wifi network was giving problems. Whatever he could not answer, he took help from his colleague and replied me.

I visited there for some insurance work. One of the staff members approached and listened to my issues and checked the details, he assured me that things would be proceeding. Their servers were down at the time hence prompt resolution was not possible but he took details, shared me his direct office number and I waited for response I followed up on phone and email and soon their senior sales person got in touch and resolved my queries and executed new policy and renewal as fast as he could while facing server issues. You must have patience while dealing with them and you have to followup a bit but they do your work. I suggest the company to improve their servers and reduce downtime so that customerscan avail quick service and their staff can work more efficiently. Santosh Dalvi and Laxman Singh were supportive and co ordinated till my work was done. I am thankful to them. I shared my experience and hope they improve and be more efficient in this competitive environment.
