Today, just 15 minutes back at around 11:35 am have ordered Blueberry cheese cake from Love & Latte , Oshiwara outlet and had parked my car outside as soon as I entered inside met a boy Master Gokul and I found him outstanding be it anything service, hospitality and lot more his kindness towards human being offered me water and said I can have my cheesecake inside and comfortably and he will look after my car but, it was not something suitable as he need to attend other customers too . The time I left he greeted so, nicely and it makes me feel to review him and his outstanding hospitality and respect and kindness towards the customer which is really very very hard to find now days and he makes me feel one more thing Character and nature can never be taught in any school it comes from inside and internal values great Master Gokul

Pathetic behaviour by one of ur employees ABUBAKAR... Very disrespectful behaviour and rude! Twice he added ice in the order of my hot americano and wasn't ready to accept his fault and constantly blamed me for making the wrong order instead of not listening properly as he is always on his phone scrolling reels and not paying attention to the order and then blames the customer for his mistakes!! Very very rude and bad employee. Rest all employees are good, i complained to the manager of the store as well and even she is frustrated by his behaviour...
