Been here for snacks yesterday with a friend. Found a table and there was a coffee cup lying that was left over by previous customer. Even after informing the staff to take away the cup no one bothered to respond. Hence changed the table and saw that the cup was still lying around for a while. Ordered for a chicken egg sourdough sandwich that took 20 or more mins to be served. No paper napkins were provided. There is a washroom available in the outlet, which did not have clear demarcation for ladies and gents. Did not have such am experience at any other Blue Tokai outlet.
