The only good part of this PG is it's nearby to Goregaon...

The only good part of this PG is it's nearby to Goregaon station and the Owner doesn't interfere during your stay. I have stayed there for 2 months in twin sharing. Let me come to negative points - 1) Flush and wash basin doesn't work. No jet spray. So you just have 1 tap to do everything - bath, brush, flush, wash laundry and utensils etc. 2) Furniture is in worst condition - everything is rusted and out of use. 3) Whenever it rains, rain water enters the room through walls which makes everything moist and smelly. 4) Electricity board towards one of the beds doesn't work at all and owner is in no mood to repair it. So you have to charge your phone at common point far away from bed. 5) Very poor lighting - just 1 small CFL due to which room always feels dark . 6) There's a hole in the room through which a couple of rats enter the room and ruin your stuff. Owner is in no mood to repair the same. 7)No utensils, stove or any kitchen type set-up is present as promised by Owner during agreement.
