Had visited here for voluntary blood donation. The experience was very good as the staff were courteous and professional. During the donation I felt a bit uneasy, and the staff handled it promptly and calmly. After the donation, they offered Frooti and provided a certificate, donor card, and a bottle as a memento, which felt thoughtful. Since I was not feeling fully normal, they also asked me to wait at reception for a few minutes and leave only after I felt completely fine. The place is well maintained and is only a 5 to 7 minute walk from Goregaon West railway station. I would definitely recommend it for blood donation.

For plasma or platelet donation, they often collect only when there is a specific patient requirement. But at least they could take the details of the voluntary donar when donar calls them for appointment over call. How do they know about me in future and call me if they didn't even took the details?
