I have a feedback for the team of Malachi to be considerate to give your suggestion and feedback of your policy carefully in front of the kids. Very inconsiderate to tell in front of a kid that we cannot take the haircut of a child as my child had some ticks on her hair. My daughter has cried inconsolably hearing the staffs rejecting to cut her hair just coz she had ticks which is not her fault. As u explained u should not even treat people with dandruff and pimples because poor hygiene post service of your salon can even spread those things. I hope the staff is well trained after u read this so no other child coming to your salon is traumatized.

I visited this salon quiet late at night as it was urgent and they happily catered to me, even though I did not have a prior appointment booked. The salon looks exquisite and chic. The service was top notch!! I went in for a haircut, hairwash and hair styling and the charges were reasonable. Jazib provided all these services to me, was very helpful and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be visiting again. I had a great time.

After hearing good things and reading good reviews i went to the salon for my eyebrows. The staff is nice and friendly but not professional. The lady who was doing my eyebrows was just a beginner, she completely mismatched my eyebrows and they looked horrible. I was so disappointed because the salon is expensive so we expected professionals taking care of us not beginners. The lady apologised but what’s done can’t be undone. I’ll grow my eyebrows back in a few months but hope they grow their standards of service. Highly disappointed, do not go here for eyebrows.

Very satisfied with there service and the haircut, James who done my haircut was so nice and cooperative with changes what I wanted, he has turned my hair exactly the way I wanted it.
