Very poor service... 1) I am at ground floor but the service providers could not bring the trolley to the flat for patient transfer 2)They hurt the patient while transferring and started making excuses when we requested them to be careful 3)They charged me double the normal rates... And they were trying to charge me 4 times the correct rate.... As I have had to constantly use ambulance to this hospital, I am aware of normal, non ac, non cardiac ambulance rates so I protested and the driver was foolish enough to tell his boss in my hearing that she is aware of the normal rates.... Imagine how they make fools of uninformed people....
