why don't you switch off you your cell phone if you don't want to pick up. this is the third time i am try to order directly from restaurant since that fire caught in your nabourhood and ever since then you guys gave every possible reason to avoid direct order . right now as of 8/6/26 21:15 i called twice directly to the restaurant they didn't even bother to pick up the call and when i reached at the restaurant they said we are currently not taking any order. and right after that I order through zomato and my order was placed for which i had to pay extra amount to zomato as of the restaurant charges . With all due respect i stay 5 min away from your resturant and that's the only reason i order food from your restaurant. and as of today this was my last order . and you can see what zomato charged me for my order.

We went around 9pm place was crowded. Ordered misal pav and pav bhaji. Food was excellent and service was good. Quality and quantity was good. Prices are at par. Personally love their misal pav. Only thing is seating was not conjusted.

Buffet lunch in just 350 per head. Located on east side of Goregaon station, the restaurant offers unlimited veg buffet lunch/ dinner with 4 starters, 4 vegetables, rice, phulka, 2 sweets, milk shake, chass, pasta, pizza. Best suited for small parties. The food was tasty but table service for starters needs improvement. Overall a good dining experience and value for money.

I want to complain about a very bad experience at your hotel. I was standing in line to buy a pani puri coupon when a lady broke the queue and came in front of us. When we told her, she started shouting, and your staff at the desk did nothing to stop her and was even laughing, which was very unprofessional. When it was my turn, I asked for a pani puri coupon, but the staff rudely said “nahi hai, chale jao” without even checking. Later it turned out pani puri was available, but instead of correcting himself, he started shouting at us and behaving very disrespectfully. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I request you to take something do learn manners to your staff take action against it . The staff himself was behaving like he is owner of the hotel.
