Please guys dont use their service, they are running a scam. It is safer to wait a day rather to use their service. They cheat you with their prices and dont provide the seats you have actually paid for. They have goons on the who absolutely ready to get into a fight with you. It was one of the most unsafe experience of my life.

Worst experience of my life, they booked for two different customers on same seat number mine was offline and other passenger has online booking. Later they asked me to get off the bus at sanmer sangam late night 12:30am. Because of their goof up. Me, my wife and my 2yrs old daughter had to got down of the bus. No refund when asked and very harsh languages they were using on us. We called police helpline number but as usual no help. This is how I got trapped, scammed and tortured for 2000/-
