I booked this trip with high expectations, but the actual experience was shocking. Here is why: 1. Massive Delay: The scheduled boarding time was 11:50 AM, but the bus didn't arrive until 1:00 AM (the next day). A 13-hour delay for a long-distance journey is completely unacceptable and ruined the entire schedule. 2. Missing Amenities: The booking promised blankets, but none were provided. Basic courtesy like providing a water bottle was also missing, which is a standard expectation in an AC Sleeper coach. 3. Overall Service: We finally reached Prayagraj at 4:30 PM the next day. Between the massive delay and the lack of promised amenities, this was a very tiring and stressful journey. Definitely not the service I paid for. I would not recommend Dolphin Travel House for long-distance travel based on this experience. Dolphin Travel Chor Travel Fraud Travel I had a terrible experience with Dolphin Travels. During my journey on Bus No. MH03 CV 9072, my bag went missing, and I strongly suspect it was taken or mishandled by the driver (Babalu Shaikh). What’s even worse is the complete lack of support from the company. Even after reporting the issue, they did not take proper responsibility, did not investigate seriously, and failed to provide any reimbursement. This kind of negligence and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. Passengers trust travel companies with their safety and belongings, but Dolphin Travels has completely failed in this regard. I strongly advise others to avoid this travel service and be extremely careful with their luggage if they still choose to travel. Very disappointing and frustrating experience.

I strongly advise against booking this bus service, specifically on the Mumbai-Latur route. My recent experience was unacceptable for several reasons: Safety & Environment: The environment is not conducive or comfortable for women travelers. Between the hygiene issues and the staff's behavior at rest stops, it felt unprofessional and unsafe. Poor Hygiene: The bus was poorly maintained and lacked basic cleanliness. The "dinner and rest" stops chosen by the staff were of the lowest quality. "Auto-Rickshaw" Tactics: After Barshi, despite having a schedule to keep, the driver began stopping on the side of the road to solicit random passengers for Latur. This added significant delays and is completely disrespectful to those who paid for a direct ticket. Deceptive Ratings: Do not trust the high ratings seen on RedBus for this agency. They appear to be manipulated or fake. The actual service is a "fraud" compared to the premium price they charge. ## Save your time and money. Look for more reputable operators and don't rely solely on RedBus scores for this route.
