My experience at Chitale Xpress – Goregaon East was very disappointing. The store looked unorganized, and the counters were not properly maintained. Some of the sweets did not seem fresh, and the quality was not up to the mark compared to what you would expect from the Chitale name. Staff behavior was indifferent and not very helpful. Basic queries about products were answered casually, and there was a lack of attentiveness towards customers. Pricing felt high considering the quality and overall service provided. Overall, it was not a satisfactory visit. I hope they improve their freshness standards, customer service, and store management.

Wide range of Chitale (Pune) products are available; fresh Bakarwadi, Chitale Curd, Buttermilk are not to be missed. Pure Cow and buffalo Ghee are excellent. Best facility for Chitale fans in Gokuldham area. Products are not in economical range. Sales Staff is amateur.
