Went on a Tuesday afternoon Had Surmai fish curry Bombil fry Bhakri Half rice. Total 1192 If you can't travel to konkan but, miss konkan area food and taste. Travel here and you will experience nostalgia in every bite! I went here after 20 + years.....and the place is just like how it used to be back then,and in good condition!. They now have a AC sitting section, space is more airy, has washroom! Food, it's just simple malwani food giving you comfort in every bite. Not spicy, not oily, not masaledaar! Fish curry is yummy and thick, more like gravy less like curry. I personally like that. Bombils were fresh and crispy. Nothing to disappoint. They serve a special coconut chutney in every plate. It's very yummy. The prices are little on the higher side compared to same set up hotels with same ambience but the 'taste' kindly makes you ignore that! Not pocket friendly...but will definitely touch your heart ❤️ I entered and literally "left no crumbs" in flats 19mins.
