Specialising in supporting individuals, couples, and families through emotional overwhelm, relationship and couple challenges, anxiety, stress, and major life transitions, my approach is integrative and with evidence based therapies. My goal is to create a compassionate environment focused on emotional safety and lasting, meaningful change. I hold a Master of Counselling from Monash University (Australia) and am certified in Gottman Couples Therapy Levels 1 and 2. I offer online individual, premarital counselling and couple counselling sessions worldwide.
