Extremely Worst Experience – Stay Away from Top 10. I regret buying a phone from Top 10 mobile shop. This has been one of the most frustrating and mentally exhausting experiences I’ve ever had with any seller. From day one, the phone keeps hanging and getting stuck again and again. This is not a one-time issue—I have already visited the shop 7–8 times for the exact same problem. Every single time, the salesperson fixes it in just 2 minutes using some hidden settings, which clearly shows something is being deliberately manipulated. When I asked what the actual problem is, instead of helping, he behaved in a rude, arrogant, and disrespectful manner. His exact attitude was: “Maine mobile repairing mehnat se sikha hai, aap bhi seekh lo.” Seriously?? Is this how you treat a customer? He even said that no one else can fix the phone except him and refused to explain anything. This feels like a clear tactic to make customers dependent on him so they are forced to keep coming back. This is not customer service—this is manipulation and harassment. His behavior is extremely unprofessional, and talking to him is mentally draining. I would strongly warn everyone: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP. You will end up wasting your time, money, and energy dealing with repeated issues and rude behavior.

when i visited there for a parching mobile so i cleared i said i want mobile 8+256 gb mobile but they sell me oppo mobile 128 gb and tell me that mobile is 256 gb.they are scmer and totally not acceptable they are said we informed that mobile is 128 gb but i remember they not informed me and they are only interested in cutting your pocket.even they do not give proper mobile information.iam very disappointed and i punched 128 gb mobile 23500k.. when others mobile shop sell 256 gb mobile around under 19000k.staff is very rude and like tapori type,i suggest dont visite ther for any things.
