Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a roll from here and the paper wrapping was completely stuck to the food. It was impossible to separate the wrap from the roll, and I literally ended up swallowing pieces of paper while eating. This is not just poor food quality, it is a serious health and safety concern. Proper packaging is the bare minimum expected, especially when customers are paying close to ₹400 for a single item. What made the experience worse was the customer service. When I called to report the issue, the female representative I spoke to was extremely poorly trained and clearly did not know how to speak to or handle customers facing a genuine food safety problem. There was no empathy, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the situation properly. If this is the level of quality control and customer service being provided under Nature Bar, then honestly, God bless the restaurant. Extremely disappointing experience overall.

I ordered an paneer tikka wrap and the taste was okaish. The staff is not that experienced, I ordered multigrain wrap but they gave us spinach wrap. The price is on expensive side. Subway wrap is way better than this if we compare taste and price.

This is one of the finest place to order food if you are focused on quality. They follow instructions to the T. The nature bar team also is super kind and customer focused by mistake they had sent a wrong order within no time they sent the right order to me. Customer service is par excellence...my favorite place to eat healthy food.

Dont order online food from here, I ordered it via zomato and although i understand it wasnt the restaurants fault,I reached out to zomato and they werent helpful so I did reached out to ask for help getting a resolution from the restaurant, if they could escalate the matter from their end with zomato, they were extremely dismissive and refused to help. I repeatedly explained how they aren't at fault but I just need help with escalation and they kept saying No, I dont understand if they do business with a 3rd party delivery service, how do they not have any means of communication with them?

The Nature Bar probably does more business via Zomato / Swiggy. We have ordered from here before but it’s a really nice place to eat in as well. The easiest landmark to find this place is the Royal Challenge restaurant located in the Yashodham area in Goregaon East. The Nature Bar is literally 5 to 6 paces away from the Royal Challenge restaurant. It’s a small place really with 2 proper tables that can seat 4 at each table and some high tables with stools. I think they can seat 10-12 people at the most. But I doubt it you will find it crowded- it’s more popular for ordering in online or takeout. The food is really yum, healthy and worth it. You should absolutely try the yellow bell pepper soup - it is bliss in a bowl. I don’t know of any other place that offers this soup. The menu has been crafted to help make healthy choices -vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Rice bowls, salads, wraps, sandwiches, soup, shakes - they got ‘em all. Staff is friendly too. I would prefer to eat in here any day over ordering as I feel the food they offer is best enjoyed straight from the kitchen and not in a plastic packaging that travels for 20-30 mins before it gets to you. Oh and by the way the Mexican rice bowl with quinoa is WOW… You should try it. This is definitely going to be my go to place for a meal that I can enjoy in peace and quiet rather than the noisy food court at the Oberoi mall nearby… Glad to have this place in the neighbourhood.
