The pricing of the diamonds felt significantly overcharged for what was actually provided (Charged as Per 1 Lakh).Provided an EGL India certificate (E-F color, VVS clarity). The total diamond weight is just 0.05 ct (very small melee diamonds), yet it was billed at a very high rate. After checking market prices, such small diamonds usually cost much lower even with good quality, so this part of the pricing seems heavily inflated. Additionally, the making charges are also quite high, which further increases the overall cost without adding proportional value. The value for money is not justified and felt misguided. I would strongly recommend buyers to: - Verify diamond pricing, especially for small stones - Compare with other jewellers before purchasing - Don't trust Blindly Overall, not satisfied with the pricing transparency. Reply :Thank you for your response. Although the pricing was shared, it appears misleading as customers may not be fully aware of the actual value. I confirmed this with my uncle, who is in the diamond jewellery business, and he mentioned that there is no possibility these diamonds would cost around ₹1 lakh. I hope this serves as an eye-opener for others to better understand what they are purchasing and paying.”

There is no possibility of giving no star, so unwillingly giving single star. Visited for small item replacement due to bad quality product purchased earlier from here. Got really bad treatment considering I was insignificant to pay attention to. Was sidelined to attend more lucrative customer. When I tried asking for attention, I was asked to wait. When it was unbearable, door keeper was tasked to look after my request. This was one more action specifically done for humiliation. While I objected for this and finally left without replacement of product. Absolutely ridiculous treatment .. only because my work was of lesser value. Such treatment based on buying intention is inappropriate customer centricity.. Have decided not to buy from this shop anymore and also make people aware of such rude and unprofessional behavior.
