I’m very satisfied and happy to say that my brother received excellent treatment at this hospital and was discharged. He underwent angiography and angioplasty here. We had enquired at many hospitals outside, but Dr. Ankur Phatarpekar explained the procedure to us very clearly and in a great way. And the doctor also understood our economic condition, for which I am very grateful to him. Also thanks to Dr Kunal and Dr Harshad. And the entire staff here is very cooperative and helpful. The staff is always ready to help at any time. Many many thanks to everyone.

Here's a polished and professional version: > 1/5 stars. My experience was deeply disappointing. The staff in the emergency department lacked the basic courtesy and professionalism expected in a healthcare setting. Proper training in patient interaction, communication, and professional conduct is urgently needed. I hope the management takes immediate corrective action, as such behavior can significantly impact the patient experience during an already stressful and vulnerable time. For a stronger but still professional review, you could also write: 1/5 stars. My experience was extremely disappointing. The staff in the emergency department demonstrated a lack of basic courtesy, empathy, and professionalism. Patients and their families deserve respectful and compassionate treatment, especially during emergencies. The hospital management should urgently invest in staff training and accountability measures to improve patient interactions and overall service quality. Such shortcomings can greatly add to the stress and anxiety of an already difficult situation.
