Update- Their customer service and attitude towards customers has had a shift for betterment. Past 6 months their service has improved. Original Review Very bad customer service. The order taker hangs up the phone when still ordering. Rude, uncultured, don't care attitude. Ordered 3 hours ago. 45 minutes ago, the order taker stated that the person has left for delivery 30 minutes ago. It takes too long to get order delivered. There are other options like the Old Jalaram Store in same complex, OM Mart, GMart, to name a few, who will deliver even if order is below 500. This store is on my blacklist now.
