Very Terrible service. I paid almost Rs 35k for a shipment from Mumbai to Dallas USA, via Speedtek and DHL, and expensive priceless heirloom glass ware were all destroyed. The company does not care about the customer, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue of compensation, they keep saying that DHL says the items are shipped at the risk of the consignee. This is unacceptable, for the price of the freight and the loss of the the items, Company does not even care to reimburse Customer. Stay away from this company. Will give ZERO stars if possible.
