It’s deteriorated meaningfully compared to 2022. The floors accessible to day pass holders were much better, and importantly the team at the front desk was friendly and competent. This is no longer the case. I strongly recommend finding an alternative to this place for any freelancers or digital nomads. There are several Coworking spaces a little further away that are worth traveling to.

The service at the reception desk at WeWork, Vaswani Chambers in Worli is unacceptable. Philip Dsouza was uncouth and unprofessional when addressed. His approach escalates simple issues instead of resolving them, creating an unnecessarily hostile environment. Management needs to review this employee's conduct immediately.
