I had a very disappointing experience with them. I placed an order via Swiggy, and it took far longer than expected. Even worse, the restaurant is unresponsive, and the delivery partner isn’t picking up either. This is completely irresponsible and unethical. If they can’t handle their orders, they should shut down their store. Absolutely unacceptable service—I would give a negative rating if I could.

The attendant was rude and unprofessional, several items displayed on the menu were not actually available, and despite the outlet being completely empty, it took over 25 minutes to serve just 5 pieces of momos. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches inside the outlet, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness. The AC was also leaking, making the environment uncomfortable and poorly maintained. Poor service, poor hygiene, poor maintenance, and unacceptable waiting times. This outlet clearly lacks basic standards of customer service and cleanliness. Definitely not recommended.
