Visited this place for lunch during our office break, and it was a complete disappointment. The order was delayed by a significant amount of time, with no explanation or communication about the delay. We kept being told that it was “coming soon,” but it felt like they were just stalling. When the food finally arrived, we were shocked by the portion sizes. The chicken dish we ordered was ridiculously small for the price, with only 4 small to medium-sized pieces of chicken. When we mentioned this to the server, we got some ridiculous explanation that didn’t make any sense. The Chicken Tikka Masala tasted nothing like a proper tikka masala – it was basically butter chicken. Definitely not the flavors we were expecting. Overall, very disappointing experience. Not worth the time or money. Will not be returning anytime soon.

I have been here 10-12 times in the last 2 years. Nice and pleasant ambience especially if you get the window side. It is located inside NKP which is corporate hub and entry restricted for outsiders. Food is reliable and consistent, worth the spend. Over the last past so many visits with my colleagues, never heard a negative about the food. Be it Pizzas, Appetizers, Chinese, Sea food, all have been great. With a group of 10-12 people, you can reserve the seating at the top section, gives you privacy with a group. Reasonably priced as well. If any, the only ask I would have is availability of all deserts mentioned in the Menu.

Food is ok. You can hang out with office colleagues. They charge 10% service charge along with GST. You can ask them to remove service charge and give you the revised bill. Also not sure if the restaurant is composite GST payer.. If yes then they even can't charge GST to customer as per RBI regulations.

I just had a team lunch in cooling tower Cafe and I was served chicken bbq pizza when I ordered mushroom pizza. I am a pure vegetarian and I have never eaten non veg in my entire life and they served me non veg saying it was veg. the waiter and the manager had such a terrible attitude and blamed it on us , when we had clearly asked twice if it was veg. I am so dissapointed please never go here. service sucks and this is the worse restaurant in nirlon knowledge park. such poor service and attitude.
