One of the worst experiences I’ve had with ordering food. We ordered for pick up. The food was bad for the price. 360 for dry and raw paneer. The mutton biryani was dry flavourless. I orders the 18 piece platter. There was only 12 pieces. Butter chicken was tasteless with scraps of chicken not enough for one kid. This was a huge mistake. I was referred to this place and this is what I got. Maybe it isn’t the same as it was before. Would not recommend, there are many more places in Mira Road far better and light on the pocket than this dungeon.

Today at Hakeems, I encountered one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. Despite my 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have never come across such unprofessional service. We ordered Nizami Chicken as a starter. Surprisingly, after 20 minutes, we received the dish without any accompaniments. Later, we asked for Masala Papad, but were told they didn’t have oil in stock, so they couldn’t serve it. Instead, we ordered roasted papad, which arrived after another 10 minutes. Our main course was Chicken Seekh Masala. After another 20 minutes, it was served again without any accompaniments. When we inquired about this, we were told that to control wastage, they don’t provide items like onion, lemon, or chutney on demand. I find this unacceptable, especially considering the price range of Rs. 350 to Rs. 400. Providing basic accompaniments such as onion—costing just Re. 1 each—should be standard. I am confident that your food costs are not more than 30%, so this should not be an issue. I strongly urge the management to take this matter seriously. There seems to be a fundamental problem either in the kitchen or the F&B department. All the best. Worst experience.. pathetically worst..naam bade darshan chote

Kareems, Shop No. 20, Delta Vrindavan, Mira Road, Mumbai is completely misleading the public This restaurant is NOT associated with the original legendary Kareem’s Restaurant Delhi yet they are intentionally using the same name spelling and style to fool customers When people see the restaurant name board Kareems they naturally assume it is the original Delhi Kareem’s or its franchise which is false There is NO clear notice on the restaurant board or walls stating that they are not connected to Kareem’s Delhi The only place where this is mentioned is a very small note hidden on the menu card, which customers see only after entering and sitting inside At that point it becomes embarrassing to leave so customers feel forced to order This is a cheap psychological trick played with customers trust The food quality is also below average and disappointing nothing close to what one expects from the original Kareem’s name If you have even a little honesty write clearly on your main board We are NOT associated with Original Kareem’s Delhi But you won’t because your entire business depends on deceiving the public This is pure fraud, unethical business practice and misuse of a famous brand name to make money I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant to anyone
