Pathetic and highly disappointing experience at this venue...

Pathetic and highly disappointing experience at this venue during my brother’s wedding on 13th May 2026. The staff was extremely rude and completely untrained in how to speak with guests. From the beginning itself, they kept stopping our entry with the band procession and behaved as if guests were creating problems instead of attending a wedding celebration. One serious incident happened during a fire gun celebration effect. Instead of first checking whether everyone was safe, the staff started shouting aggressively: “Stop this, stop this, what are you doing, this is a residential area.” The tone and behavior were completely unacceptable. The rooms smelled bad, bathrooms were dirty, and one bathroom was overflowing. Maintenance standards were extremely poor. Another shocking incident happened during dinner around 11:45 PM. Guests were peacefully eating when staff repeatedly started saying: “Kitchen closing, jaldi jaldi karo.” People are human beings, not animals who can finish dinner in seconds. This kind of behavior towards guests at a wedding function is disgraceful. The worst incident involved my Mami, who recently had a knee transplant operation. Since the hotel staff had switched off almost all corridor and passage lights to “save electricity” even though the banquet was booked till 5 AM, she slipped and fell badly. Instead of helping or asking if she was okay, one of the staff members came shouting at us for “making noise.” When we asked why the lights were switched off, the reply was: “It’s a residential area.” Even the AC was switched off around 3 AM despite the hall being fully booked till 5 AM. The excuse given was that “people were roaming around.” The manager’s response was even worse. When informed about the fall incident, he casually said: “Accidents can happen anytime.” No concern, no apology, no professionalism. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences we have ever had. We spent a huge amount for this function and instead faced harassment, rude behavior, poor maintenance, and complete mismanagement. Strongly not recommended for weddings or family functions unless management seriously improves staff behavior, guest handling, and basic hospitality standards.
