I have a platinum package with Kandivali East branch of NuAyurveda. 8/10 times I and my wife don’t get slot for massage. Since I have made all the payments, they know I am stuck with them. They don’t care. Customer Service really sucks. There is no benefit of taking platinum package and blocking your capital.
