Management is terrible. Despite having an appointment, we waited 4 hours and 20 minutes just to see the doctor. Even after being called into the consultation room, the doctor made us wait another 30 minutes. After the consultation, there was an additional 30-minute wait for the medicines. Overall, it was a very disappointing and exhausting experience. We walked in at 12 PM and only left at 5 PM.

I HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE 4 DAYS TO GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS DOCTOR. Today after calling them more than 50 times I got an appointment for a slot after 3 days. Both the phone nos are ringing busy throughout its very frustrating. The doctor is good but what kind of system is this to treat patients?

Dr. Shaila is really talented. I went to her in may 2025 for post pregnancy weight loss. She did nadi checkup and mention 3 things which are 100% accurate. 1. She said you have problem with liver. Your stomach pains due to it but that time i did not have high pain. But just after 7 days, i had much of pain and i had gallbladder surgery. 2. She mentioned thyroid is abnormal. J checked thyroid tests and it was on high level 10.6. 3. She mentioned i have pain in my left leg. It was true. She is a super talented lady.

Dr. Shaila Pailoor is an amazing doctor but the management and appointment booking system is the most worst and horrible system ever in place. Appointment can be booked only by calling and between 9 am-9:45 AM only and the phone is continuously busy. Even after calling 20-25 times once the call is connected by that time appointments are full. Also waiting time to show the doctor is normal (around 1 hour) but the medicine delivery time by pharmacy is 1.5 hours. The appointment booking, pharmacy team system and their attitude is very rude and seems like they are doing you a favour, when actually it’s just a business. Since the doctor is really amazing, you are left with no choice but to go through the torture of booking the appointments and blocking approx 4-5 hours for entire procedure of appointment to complete.
