Hi, I stay in Aarey Colony, Royal Palms Society. There is an apartment opposite my building where a black female dog has been tied up in the balcony for a very long time. The owner keeps her there 24/7 without proper food, shelter, or care. I sincerely request you to please rescue the dog and help provide her with a safe and better life. I am unable to get any contact details to report this issue that’s why I am putting it as a google review.
