Worst animal shelter i put my stray cat their by paying them 4500 she was so healthy strong playful but after two months I video called them to see my cats and she was very thin like she have not eaten anything I requested them if anything happens contact me i sent food for cats to the shelter and also did much more but when saw her in video call i told them to give my cat back they took 1000 for delivering her to me and she is very thin now doing loose motions and not eating Never give your pets in this shelter they didn't take care they just care about money

One of the worst petcare centre. I loose my pet cat and money because of this pet care centre. This centre is a fraud be aware of them. My cat was having injury in his leg and we someone suggested us to admit him so while searching nearby places I found this place. I call them and at start they behaved very polite with you but there real colour starts to appear after you pay there bills. I paid 10k non refundable payment for admission of my pet cat and than they came and took my pet on the same evening they said they need to do some blood test so they have I have to give them 3k extra for those test I paid as well as they made me sign a document mentioning that in case of theft, run and life threat they will do not refund 10k and when I asked for blood test report it tooks them 3 days time and with a story that due to technical issue it delayed when I read the report the name mentioned in that report was not matching with my details so they said at start they were not sure about any information regarding me and my cat so they put a demi information I agreed than they said my cat is having infection and they have to do surgery and I agreed and they asked for 14k (Refundable) payment and I did. They made me sign one form for all the life threatening possibilities but in that there was (no mentioned of that they'll not refund the surgery payment). So as being emotional my parents wanted to meet our cat before surgery so one of my family members went to pick up the cat but the condition of the centre was devastating. No proper arrangements nothing. On the same day was surgery and when we returned the cat they said it's too delayed they have to reschedule it. We agreed and we got appointment of 4 days later for 1st January. On the evening of 1st January I got a call from them they said at 31st evening someone came to there centre and break all the things, steal and now most of the animals runaway and many of them are missing and my cat was one of them. When I asked them for FIR report they said that police not corporating them and they are searching for missing pets. I asked them for FIR report every time they gave me a new story so finally I accepted the faith that my cat is no more. But when I asked for my 14k Refundable payment which I paid for surgery everyday they use to say " AJ DE DENGE, KAL DE DENGE, KAL PAKKA DE DENGE." but that Kal never arrived when I started to loose my temper I raised my voice and asked them question WITHOUT USING ANY BAD WORDS they started to cross blame me that I'm harassing them and if I had took good care of my cat this might not had happened.... Indirectly these people starts to manipulate you and makes you guilty of there irresponsible behave...... Even today I asked for money back they said they have server issue and they'll do it within 12 hours but till now I received nothing.
