I had paid in advance for 5 years. On asking for an ambulance during a medical emergency, they clearly refused to send one. At the time of our distress, this so called Emergency Ambulance provider was of NO USE TO US. WE THEREFORE HAD TO CALL ANOTHER COMPANY FOR AMBULANCE!! They are liars and an absolutely useless company . Will never refer them to anyone.
