So this is the second restaurant that I had the good fortune of visiting inside of eskay resorts. The first one was the Lotus Leaf and I had had an absolutely amazing experience so I decided to visit one more restaurant and that was this - The Bombay Earth. This one is situated on the first floor of the iconic glass triangular building and boy is this a beautiful place. The ambiance is just too serene. I visited during afternoon and the whole place was flooded with natural light which looked really good. The other thing that I loved is the colossal menu, purely veg and filled with so many options from Indian, Continental and Oriental cuisine. I was just too confused to select but thankfully the staff was really amazing and helped me to choose the dishes properly. Here's what I had- TROPICALE Started off this mocktail to cool down from the afternoon heat. Blend of pineapple juice coconut ice cream mango juice and Rose syrup. Kind of tasted like Pina Colada but even more delicious. Just love the shooting taste it had. PANEER HUNAN This was a Paneer based starter. Basically it add crispy fried paneer tossed in their chef special hunan sauce. Usually I'm not a fan of the hunan sauce but this was exceptionally good. The paneer was fresh and soft to chew and the hunan sauce tbh is one of the best I've had. HONEY CHILLI POTATO This was another starter that I had. it was basically stir fried crispy potatoes cut like french fries, with honey chilli sauce, sesame and spring onions. The initial sweet flavour from honey followed by the spice from chilly is just amazing. Loved it! PENNE ALFREDO This was my choice for main course. the pasta was cooked really properly and the white sauce used was just too delicious, it had a proper balance of spices and I just loved each and every bite of it. The quantity was good as well. SINGLE SUNDAE Ended the meal with a single Sundae which had basically a scoop of vanilla icecream beneath which was Orange jelly and dry fruits and some Rose syrup. Just a perfect end to the meal.

Was here yesterday for lunch with colleagues. Its a purely veg restaurant. A nice spacious place with reality great ambiance, tables were arranged in a symmetrical manner. The view outside was mesmerising. A perfect place for vegetarians. their staff was well trained in terms of service. It turned out to be really good treat for all of us. Mocktails we tried here were : Frozen lychee Punch - basically it was an ice slush with lychee and coconut flavour. I loved this Mocktail Fruit punch Smoothie - if was really good had a unique taste In food we tried : Lemon coriander Soup - Taste of soup was greatd but it had lot of coriannder in it. With spoils the taste Paneer Hanun - it tastes like a paneer crispy was yumm. Corn Cheese balls - had alot of cheese in it, good in taste. Bruschetta - The fillings were good in taste with cheese but the toast base was not that good. Eskay Special biryani - its was a mixture of sweet and spicy. With lot of dry fruits & Tooty fruity.. loved the veg biryani for the 1st time 😃 In dessert triple sundae was tooo good a must try dessert. Was beautifully decorated and extremely delicious.

Located just alongside the busy Link Road, don’t mistaken it to be a resort with disturbance of the horns of vehicles. The entry lane itself leads you to an entirely different aura. With good parking facility, their surrounding is well maintained with greenery and cleanliness. You’d find families chilling around away from the stress of city life. Proper security lead us to The Bombay Earth located on the first floor. It is a huge area covered with proper lighting’s and couches at one end and chairs at the other, inclusive of a bar counter. Wasting no time we ordered beverages like: Lychee Punch- A sweet, cloudy drink with petals used for garnishing Red Bull- well we always need wings! Ice Tea- Cranberry flavour did taste quite decent. Our choice of appetisers were: Fusion Classic Pasta- We were said it had a combination of two types of pastas but it had only spaghetti pasta. Paneer Hunan- A really good dish one but try if they like Asian cuisine Creamy Nachos- More like loaded nachos but the sauces and sides could get better taste wise. While our order arrived, took a walk to the attached gallery which gives a whole view of the resort especially the swimming area and beyond. Whenever it comes to vegetarian food, nothing better than Paneer Palak comes to mind. We ordered it with Butter Roomali & Butter Kulcha as our breads. It tasted accurate and the breads were quite fulfilling! Being full with food, there’s always room for desserts and thus, Triple Sunday (amazing range of triple scoops ice cream like Mastani Irani etc) & Cream Mango (the summer attraction layered with manage and cream simultaneously)were the best of their menu! The manager showed us around the entire resort which was very humble of her and we’d definitely look forward to revisit.
