I had a fantastic experience with this movers and packers service. The entire process was extremely professional, disciplined, and smooth from start to finish. Their pricing was very reasonable for the quality of service they provided, and every step of the move was handled with care and efficiency. A special mention to Santosh Kumar Benbansi for managing the entire process so well-his coordination, clarity, and commitment truly made the experience stress-free. A big thank you also to Rajan, who handled the packing and moving seamlessly with great attention to detail and care for all the belongings. I had a very poor experience with this packers and movers...

I had a very poor experience with this packers and movers service. After assessing the work, Mr. Santosh (the owner) quoted a total cost of ₹9,000 and assured that packing materials and staff would be sent a day prior. However, upon follow-up, he backed out saying he couldn’t come to Thane due to another client cancellation, and instead promised to complete everything on the same day. On the day of shifting: • The team arrived late at around 10 AM. • We had to assist them with packing due to time constraints (society deadline: 6 PM). • Only one small tempo was arranged, despite earlier assurance of multiple trips. • After just one trip, they started insisting that we arrange external porters. To make matters worse: • Their workers demanded an additional ₹2,500 citing “extra work and said if we approach the owner he will demand minimum 5,000. • The final cost inflated from ₹9,000 to ₹11,500. This experience reflects poor planning, false commitments, and last-minute cost escalation. Strongly recommend avoiding such service providers.
