Visited Maxus Cinemas on Gorai Road, Borivali West recently. Overall, the experience was decent, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The biggest disappointment was that the movie started almost 30 minutes late, which was quite frustrating and affected the overall experience. The management should ensure better punctuality and timely show schedules. The theatre is clean and the seating is comfortable. Food quality was surprisingly good, with decent options available and fresh snacks. However, the sound quality was slightly below expectations. The audio lacked depth and could definitely be improved for a better cinematic experience. Despite these issues, the ambience is pleasant and it's still a good option for a casual movie outing with friends and family. Hoping they improve the sound system and maintain better show timings in the future. ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5)

It's recently renovated with good sound and picture quality. The Only concern it has is you need a climb down the stairs as the lift is for only 3 person. However there is accelerator to go up till 4th floor

Honestly, really disappointed with my experience at Maxsus Cinema. The picture quality was extremely poor — the screen looked blurry, as if the sharpness wasn’t even set properly. For a premium theatre, this is just unacceptable. On top of that, the audio was even worse. The speakers were crackling throughout, completely ruining the movie experience. Instead of immersive sound, it felt like sitting next to a broken speaker system. Even the food was a letdown. The ₹100 sandwich was pathetic — dry, swaggy, and didn’t even have proper butter applied. Completely not worth the price. Overall, not worth the money at all. Definitely expected much better from a brand like this.
