Worst laundry service I have experienced. Grand Laundry is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. They kept my clothes for almost 2 weeks after taking them and every time I asked, they gave different excuses like wedding season is going on, staff is busy, etc. If you cannot manage orders, then stop accepting customers. On top of that, the behavior is very rude and careless. They talk as if they are doing a favor by returning your own clothes. No proper communication, no apology, no sense of commitment. This kind of service is unacceptable. In the same area there are far better and more professional laundry services, so don’t waste your time and clothes here. Highly disappointed. Will never use this place again and definitely not recommending to anyone.
