My mother-in-law was admitted to the ICU at Mauli Hospital...

My mother-in-law was admitted to the ICU at Mauli Hospital in a very critical condition. We were extremely worried, but thanks to Dr. Anita Mayekar’s exceptional treatment and expertise, she showed remarkable improvement within just 3 to 4 days. Dr. Anita is truly an amazing doctor who handles her patients with immense care and patience. Furthermore, the entire nursing and support staff at the hospital are incredibly cooperative, polite, and attentive. They took care of everything so smoothly. We are deeply grateful to Dr. Anita and the whole Mauli Hospital team for giving our mother a new lease on life. Highly recommended!

Mauli multi speciality hospital superb service & care received during my six day hospitalization. Dr. Anita Mayekar showcased remarkable expertise in diagnosing & treating my condition. The hospital facilities are well maintained providing a clean & hygienic environment for patients. The nursing staff were courteous, humble & attentive to every patient's including solo occupants, who also receive equally good care. For top- notch medical services, I wholeheartedly endorse Mauli multi speciality hospital. And would like to express my appreciation to Dr. Anita Mayekar & entire nursing staff.

Worst experience ever. Lost 15 years of trust in this...

Worst experience ever. Lost 15 years of trust in this hospital. Patients are being overcharged unnecessarily in the name of mediclaim. Special mention to Ms. Minakshi Bhat, Ms. Khot, and Dr. Anita Mayeker. My daughter had a small infected cyst on her leg. Initially, she was able to walk normally, but even after antibiotics, the swelling increased. When the cyst burst and pus came out, we went back for dressing. Instead of simple treatment, we were pressured to admit her immediately for surgery and repeatedly asked about mediclaim. The hospital quoted around ₹82,000 for treatment of a small cyst. The mediclaim company reportedly asked the hospital 4 times to explain such a high amount, but the hospital failed to provide proper clarification. Later, when the mediclaim company refused approval, the hospital suddenly reduced the amount to ₹71,500 for us to pay directly, again without explaining the charges or why there was a ₹10,500 difference after Mediclaim rejection. We cancelled the surgery because the charges seemed unreasonable. For less than 24 hours of incomplete treatment, we still had to pay ₹13,000, which Mediclaim later refused to reimburse. Very disappointing and stressful experience. It felt more focused on money than patient care, I will never ever recommend these doctors or this hospital to anyone.
