Nice society with good flats. Society area is small but...

Nice society with good flats. Society area is small but built-up is good. Congestion for parking is an everlasting problem in mumbai and the same is with this building. Spent around 3 yrs in the building. One problem is the noise pollution especially if you are closer to the ground floor. Plumbing seems to be another issue with the building. Flats get wet ceiling and smell issues but not sure if it has been fixed now. Water and electricity are available at all times. Flower pots are not allowed on the balcony if you consider 2 ft space as balcony. It is Sad but true. Connectivity is great and quite a number of supermarkets, Shops and restaurants around. Relatively a safer society to move. Not sure how good the society members are as I hardly knew anyone in 3 yrs. People mind their own business. Overall 3/5.
