I had a very disappointing experience with this bridal makeup service. During the trial, I clearly asked for soft and natural makeup, and the trial looked completely different from what was done on the actual event day. The final makeup was extremely overdone, cakey, and uncomfortable. Within a short time, the makeup started smudging and transferring badly, which was very stressful on such an important occasion. The base looked patchy in photos and did not last as promised. Despite charging a premium amount, the quality and professionalism were nowhere close to expectations. A bridal artist should understand the client’s preferences and deliver accordingly, especially after a trial session. Unfortunately, this experience completely ruined a special event for me. I would honestly not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable bridal makeup.
