As pDear [Restaurant Management], I am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent experiences at your establishment. As a regular customer, I have noticed a clear bias in the management staff's treatment towards certain customers. Moreover, I have witnessed multiple instances of unethical settlement practices involving the local authorities. Furthermore, I am appalled by the arrogant and disrespectful behavior of the staff, especially during an incident on November 22nd, 2023, around 10.45pm, where their attitude towards customers was both pathetic and unacceptable. Given these concerns, I strongly advise against visiting your restaurant or supporting the same and do not visit this restaurant.
