Amenities are great though not all amenities are functioning, the rooms of promenade are too small but sure ig since it's Mumbai, one problem in the promenade recently had been the water shortage though it is resolved now, occasionally there is smell of he sewer flowing beside. Often, the railway causes some disturbance but u get used to it in a few days and once the windows are closed u hardly notice, the view is amazing to say the least, the location is amazing since it is opposite rcity mall and there is a metro upcoming in front of it, however there is a lot of traffic in front of the society. Nevertheless it is a happening society wih amazing people.

The environment is clean and well-kept, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The layout is easy to navigate and comfortable for visitors. The location is convenient and simple to reach.
