Hi, I am talking about on my weight loss journey that was really amazing . I loose almost 10kg in just 3 months. To loose weight I took diet plan that is given by Dr. Nazish Rashid. So, a big thanks to the doctor. Before taking diet plan I want to tell why I take it. In January 2022 I had COVID-19, after this I continuously suffering from different type of health issues and I could not covered up these health issues and also my weight kept on increasing inspite of doing many exercises and 1 hour walk. nothing worked. Than I met Dr. Nazish Rashid. I went to her for my those health issues, and I also asked for diet plan. I am pure vegetarian and she prepare my diet plan according to me and my lifestyle and it really worked. I started my diet plan in the month of April and now is July. As soon as I start my diet plan my different health issues automatically started going out, I was really surprised and also very happy. Also my diet plan was nutritious and I never felt empty stomach or weakness. Just arrange all the things and follow it and its instructions you will be definitely loose your weight .it will work.
